"We checked in at the bar after reception closed, they were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the space, it has been renovated with care. We had the farm room and I really enjoyed the aesthetic. The beds were freshly made, I did notice it was a bit dusty here and there but it was definitely clean. The weather was too hot to enjoy the spa facilities on the top floor, the relaxation room by itself was like a sauna, I can imagine it being lovely in the winter. "Considering how expensive Switzerland is, this cozy hotel is value for money. The tram is just right downstair. The staff are warm and welcoming. For example, at breakfast, when there was freshly baked croissant, the staff came around and handed out the hot and fresh croissant. When I checked-in too late, around 23:00, the staff was nice and patience. "

"Amazing hotel we have used one like this before and so good to be able to cook and have a fridge room size amazing bathroom so good and all so clean and very good staff on arrival would recommend to all to use this hotel so close to team and a big supermarket that you can get everything from fresh frozen and cooked food and even eat there as well "

"The room is spacious. Hotel reception puts us in a room far from the pub, which is quiet and comfortable. No air conditioning but I feel ok in June if the windows are open with the fan on. The only improvement is that the room should have a kettle for guests to make hot water. We have to go to the pub and ask for hot water every day, which is not convenient (also I think it may cause inconvenient to the pub owner too)"

"I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I don’t think it was as good as other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The room wasn’t terribly comfortable, the sofa bed we needed definitely wasn’t. The shower was poor and while I understand that you don’t need the room cleaning everyday it’s no fun waiting at reception to ask for more loo roll! I am sorry to write a less than positive review but this hotel was not a great part of our holiday - but the lovely city made it worth it. "
