"It advertised breakfast was included but it wasn't. I was told it hasn't been included since COVID so they just haven't updated that info on there. Otherwise, it was clean and air conditioner worked, so that's good. Just had some water on the bathroom flooring and toilet kept running but everything else was good. Good customer service. They call in a taxi and food for you."

"The place is family operated and was an absolute joy to stay at. The staff, especially Paul, is super friendly and helps you resolve anything you need in a manner of minutes. It’s in a perfect location, between Beirut and Jbeil/Jounieh, and felt incredibly safe. I recommend this place for anyone visiting from outside of Lebanon; it’s very easy to get taxis and Ubers from the location and is accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, and malls."

The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the beach and the Telefrique. Close to bars, restaurants and the casino. The facilities were top notch and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you for an amazing experience."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The location is exactly what we wanted. The front desk staff and outside security were great. Shoutout to sevag outside. The only struggle was not being able to adjust the air conditionning. Either we were freezing or too hot. Would return without a doubt. "
