Worst vacation and customer experience I had ever
First of all, the location of facility is one of the best around, just near the beach and accessible easily which comforts you . Restaurant and the service is fair average. Cats are resting on tables and plates where you have your meal on. Towels in the room were used and dirty. We requested new ones and they were unclean again. The bathroom sink was plugged as well. The worst part of my travel which we had to check out early is the room and the amenities were totally different than we saw at sample room photos. We encountered a room with restaurant view and without any green garden where children and cats were trying to penetrate in our room. We explicitly declared that our visit was going to be a 2 years old toddler but we had a room which is totally inappropriate and dangerous for our kid. Additionally we could not find anybody in charge(hotel manager) and unfortunately they rejected our room change request and refund. Thanks hotels.com for their kind interest and best customer experience approach at this whole unpleasant process. We got our refund with very unpleasant memories on facility side
