I had a reservation from November 22nd to 24th and when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed the hotel was fully booked and could not honor my reservation. I informed that I made the reservation through expedia site, about 2 weeks before the check in date, but she apologized and informed there was nothing she could do about it. In order to minimize the problem, she contacted another hotel from the chain in a different neighborhood, worst than I reserved. I was very disappointed with the receptionist service, but at least she paid for the taxi from one hotel to the other one....
