Beautiful hotel just by the beach (by beach I mean you have to pay for a sunbed in a very crowded stone beach), we did not use the beach at any point.
Also very noisy with party music at all time.
We are a quiet couple and we like to read - and perhaps Sarande is just not the place for this - so beware if you are looking for a quiet stay.
Other than that, the hotel is very new, nice, large cafe/restaurant area and they even served us oatmilk lattes (big plus as I am allergic to dairy).
We were a bit perplexed by the placement of breakfast, which is squeezed away in a basement like corner underneath the reception without any windows or view, when the restaurant upstairs has a beautiful view (and is empty throughout breakfast), but breakfast was good.
We had a part seaview room, seaview was only existing, when you leaned out over the balcony and the room was on the ground floor with windows to the street, which was quite unfortunate, as everyone could see us and we could not see the sea. Other than that, the room was new, very clean and staff was nice. Parking was easy. A little too expensive for what we recieved.
