I’ve been staying at this location since 2019 and have never had a negative experience here. I love the 24 hour pool and spa but I cannot wait until they open up the sauna again. Overall, my top choice for hotels when booking a stay in Seaside, OR.

Nice christmas gift from Mom and Dad
The staff was friendly and communicated very well about our stay. Cold stormy night just like we like it. The room was perfect for our family and had all the needed equipment for the kitchen which helps saves money. This hotel is good value for being ocean front.

The weather was really cold, the one thing that we wished about the room was that the fireplace worked, the heating alone in the room alone didn’t seem to be enough to keep it warm, I did ask for an extra blanket and then we were great, we definitely will stay again

We were in town for a tournament. Location and view were excellent. We were in town for 24hrs and ovetall low maintenance so basic needs were met and staff were all professional and courteous. Would stay here again.

Check it out!!
The building is old but the rooms have all been updated and are large and well equipped. We had an amazing ocean view that I included pictures of and a lovely three night stay. The staff is kind and helpful and the location is IDEAL. We never drove anywhere. Just walked all weekend. It was off season so no crowds and it was perfect!

Perfect Break after a Long Year
Love Seaside and the Promenade Inn was a perfect destination overlooking the beach. Room was great for a complete R&R visit with great dining just a short walk away, or the beach for a stroll by the waves, or just sitting on the balcony with our coffee & blankets (it was middle of winter after all!).

Accommodations and room were great, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was excellent. We did not give this a five star because our room faced the street and there were no room darkening shades. There were only sheer curtains. As someone who can only sleep in a dark room, this affected the quality of our stay.
