We usually stay across the parking lot at the other hotel, but they were full. The customer service had improved since we stayed here last year. I did ask for new towels and that was done when we got back to the room in the evening. Last time, you would ask and never have it done. It felt dirty this time also. Not just in the room but around the hotel, especially the breakfast area. The floor had spills on it that had been there for both days, tables were dirty, top of garbage can was disgusting and area where food was unkept. We were in room 307 and the cabinet the fridge was in had 2 different colored doors, there was no toilet paper holder (the roll was placed on the back of the toilet), there were no hooks to hang a towel for when you got out of the shower or use again, the shower had mold in the grout, the carpet was torn between the bathroom and room, and the grout on the floor of the bathroom was completely black. My white socks were black when I walked in the room.
