False Advertisement
I am writing to request a refund. I booked a family suite with consisted of 2 bedrooms. However, while checking in, I found out they do not have a 2 bedroom available but yet I paid for a 2 bedroom suite. I immediately informed them that I would manage the 1 bedroom suite but would need a refund based on false advertisement. I checked in to the 1 bedroom suite. For 4 hours, I complained about the air conditioning system being faulty because it was blowing hot air and it was very uncomfortable for my family and I. Upon consistent complaints, the only option they had was another downgrade to a much lesser room again. At this point, I was tired, my family was tired. We didn’t have a choice at the particular time but to settle for a much lesser room. Thought they apologized and gave us a complimentary dinner at their restaurant. I still believe I deserved a refund of some sort. The manage reached out to me, apologized for the inconveniences. He offered to host me for a one night at their hotel for the inconvenience.
