It was super located, but….
First of all, we were standing at 2PM in front of the apartment, were ringing and waiting for 15 min. and no one answered. Only after a call the lady said she had sent me a WhatsApp with all the entry instructions. After I checked I confirmed the message and saw she wrote only two and a half hours before our expected check in time. We were still travelling by that time so I wasn’t aware of having to check for a message or anything. As it’s written, there would be a
reception and we would be personally welcomed from the staff, I supposed it was a „normal“ hotel. Well, it wasn’t. After having problems understanding the English written instructions where to find the key and where to enter to get into our rented apartment, we found it, in the building in another house, in front of the house with the „reception“.
Then we had to discover that the bathroom had no window and wasn’t well ventilated, as it was having heavy mould issues on the wall. And the cleansing wasn’t very pleasing… it seems that already since long long time there is no heavy cleaning happening anymore, as you see on the pictures of the shower for example.
We weren’t aware of how to use the climate control, because we would have loved to change the temperature, but nowhere was an instruction or a remote control or whatsoever…
For the checkout we decided to go already before the official reception opening time and there she was very helping, we liked that.
