So I want to say that I am not uber rich. In fact, I am an average working-class girl who's job sent her to a seminar in the NY. So, I picked this hotel because it was close to NBC universal. A 7-minute walk. I didn't quite know that the hotel was also in the center of Times Square for those tourist. Lots of food places around (just beware they are all expensive except for the Popeye's and McDonalds around the corner). I arrived at about 4pm and there was a line for check-in but it moved fast. I loved the boutique and quaint-size room. Beware if you are coming with kids, there isn't a lot of space to run around but it was enough space for me. I loved the style, decor and functionality of the room. It had everything I needed. The room felt dust free as I have a bad dust allergy. They cleaned every morning without requesting for it. I worried about the noise as my room was next to the elevator and it was dead quiet despite how next to each other the rooms were. I barely heard sound from outside. Slept really nicely. Enjoyed the water refiller on the lobby for those of us who didn't go out to buy water. I loved the extensive cable channel selection for adults and kids (you don't find that these days). Honestly, except for how expensive NY is, this was a really pleasant stay. I had no complains. Also, they have a car service to the airport so compare if it is cheaper to use theirs or Uber. Free wifi is a plus. I did not try the restaurant. Enjoyed the somewhat free water.
