I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and was such a disappointment.
1. Hotel didn’t change linens from previous guest due that I found some hairs and dirts between the bed cover. They just placed it as if it was cleaned up with a new linens…
I also smelled lunes very bad from previous guests.
2. Bathroom didn’t get cleaned as I found trash can full of trashes from previous guests.
3. No window glass placed in bathroom but a piece of lumber panel.
4. Very bad smell in bathroom due that drain pluming job is not properly done???
5. Room window broken and I couldn’t open to refresh the air.
6. 5 to 6 puppies to large dogs in hall ways unleashed and smelled very bad like dog cages.
7. Dog pees outside on the parking area smelling bad…
8. No hot water on 2nd night as the gas was all empty in gas tank. Hotel said I needed to wait until following morning until refilled ( I was checking out early!) so I had to shower with cold water…
9. I made the reservation about a month ahead of time as “pay at property” but the hotel charged me few days after. I complained to Expedia but the call operator said I needed to directly talk to the hotel and didn’t help me at all. If Expedia doesn’t control the hotel and not protect customer, what is the point of making reservation through Expedia? What is Expedia’s responsibility???
I urge the hotel owner to improve above bad environment and also Expedia to protect your customer.
