The best thing about this hotel is the fantastic central location. From this hotel we were able to walk down to the Colloseum, Pantheon and Vatican city. Each of these places are a maximum 30 minutes from the hotel. The Trevi Fountain is barely 10 minutes away and the Spanish steps is even closer. Also a cab from Roma Termini to the hotel costs only € 10.
On the flip side at € 90 a night, I thought this was very expensive. This is basically a serviced apartment with no breakfast facilitries (unless you ask for it in your room). The rooms, though they look exactly like in the picture, are in reality a little old. There were some minor irritants - some of the bulbs in the chandelier in the room were different shape and one was a different colour (white !!!), the lights next to the beds did not work,. the bathroom was always very damp since it did not have a good exhaust and many of the nozzles of the shower were blocked - I do not expect all this at € 90 a night.
On the positive side (apart from the location), the beds were very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, internet was free and the place felt safe.
I think if the management takes care of these points, I would happily give a 5 star rating to the hotel.
