More than “one night in Bangkok“
We spent as a couple a few days in BKK after a four weeks holiday.
The first impression of the hotel was the misleading check in. Four waiting guests overwhelmed three employees at the reception. There were also not able to set the room card to the correct date.
Housekeeping was not able to clean the room for three days in a row (first day was on our request). As I have asked for soap at the reception then, the lady came with excuses, maybe not responsible from her point of view.
It seems the hotel mgmt is same headless than their receptionists and does not care at all what the employees do.
The breakfast was good with local and int food and the restaurant worked like a clockwork, really good. Life cooking is also offered.
The room itself was in a good condition and size. We had a premium room with BTS view.
Fitness room is with the least necessary equipment. We did not use the pool on the roof.
The hotel itself is in the center, a stone's throw from BTS.
