11H is a super clean, tasteful, minimalistic and modern place next to the Broadway with all its shopping possibilities. There's a Danish artist's shop directly in the building, subway is just some minutes by foot. The rooms are really quiet. No street noise, although during the day there's the occasional subway rumble. At night, it's absolutely quiet and the rooms can be made pitch black which is a rarity nowadays. The rooms are minimalistic in design, but overall it seems that they have put a lot of money into the interior. The bathroom is one of the best we've seen so far, the beds are really comfy, although they are on the softer side. Nearly every light source is dimmable and this gives a nice indirect lighting that is never too bright or too dim. Then, the staff. They are extremely nice, though more on the personal level, and they are not scared of showing you around. On my first day, I was introduced to the Scandinavian shop's staff who in turn recommended the (in fact) best coffee of the city. The concierges are great, though it appears that every staff member is one (they switch all time)The staff have been living in NY since ever, so if you want to see that perfect spot, it should be no problem. They know literally everything. My girlfriend had her birthday during our stay and they cared for us in the best way possible (with loads of free chocolate and free champagne). So, in total there's absolutely nothing negative we can say about 11H. Everything's right on point.
