So unprofessional and rude!
The management was so unprofessional and the front desk officers including the manager on duty were so unpolite and rude.
First thing they said when checking-in (after i gave them the Hotels.com purchase summary)was, "We don't know Hotels.com and we don't have any cooperation with them!", the front desk officer said.
I was so shocked for a while, then asked her to check it out with the manager on duty. The answer was the same.
I was told to call Hotels.com if I have been fraud.
Then I call to the Hotels.com call centre (0078030110155), the operator confirmed my purchase is legit and he has sent the purchased confirmation by e-mail to Hotel61. He asked me not to hang up and ask the hotel officer to check if they have received the confirmation letter.
When I ask the front desk officer to check, she don't care and insist that they don't know Hotels.com and don't have any cooperation.
Seeing the officer were rude and act don't care to me, I started to scold her in respond!
After get scolded, she started to check the e-mail...then confirmed my booking and purchase eventually.
