Excellent stay
The hotel employees were friendly and courteous throughout. The room was spacious and tasteful. Breakfast was extensive and well presented, and the staff there were very attentive. The cocktails in the bar were delicious and again the staff were super friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Transfer stay in Delhi.
We were using it for a transfer hotel and this is the one in Aerocity. Unfortunately our plane was delayed by hour and half reached Delhi at 10:30 pm. I had reserved an Innova for 6 people but unfortunately not enough room for luggage so had to tie it on top. Ride was smooth. We did not eat breakfast but had it packed. We had booked 4 rooms and it seemed to work out.

Health and Safety is an issue here.
Hotel looked ok but the room was not great and in need of refurbishment. The worst part of it was in the bathroom I noticed a live 240V bare cable connector near the sink tap and the mirror in the bathroom was propped up with a couple of bits of wood that had nails sticking out. A serious health and safety issue. When I complained they gave me a free taxi to the airport. For the price you pay, there are many other hotels in the vicinity.

Good Hotel .. overpriced for the services offered
Check in was a little slow owing to the number of people checking in .. else can’t complain … staff at the restaurant were very attentive and tried their best to meet my requirements of a medium rare steak but for some reason the chef said owing to the meat being locally sourced they only offer it as well done .. in fact he berated the waiter for even requesting the same .. though the manager did apologise for the mix up …else everything else went off very well , except maybe one bit of the room had a few stains to prove that housekeeping I guess struggles to keep up with high occupancy.. not an excuse
