you get what you pay: 3* Hotels in Italy especially those which are 40 years old are always a "challenge". This place has potentials but needs investor to rennovate (and raise rates). From outside it looks "worn", inside it is "worn" everywhere: small lift from 1980, furniture from 1980,
Good that AC was "working" (till 4 in the morning, afterwards they save energy and money).
Breakfast is below average, very limited choice, coffee from machine (horrible) and juice is sweated water only.
Even if you are on a budget there are better hotels for similar rates in Montecantini Therme with better value. Italian breakast in Bar is 3-4€ for fresh cornetto and good coffee!
