HoStel not Hotel
Room Type: Family Room (2 double beds)
Room: We booked a bit late and so ended up with a family room, which we obviously didn't need but still had to pay fully. The room was big and seemed clean enough but with a closer look, there were some hairs here and there, not awesome, yet not the end of the world. There was a TV with a lot of English language movie channels but no safety box and only a common fridge outside in the common area. After all it was called a hostel, just the price wasn't really hostel like. The beds were comfortable for a good night sleep including full functioning aircon. The bathroom one of the few separate room bathrooms of our trip and (as shown on the website pictures) there wasn't any shower tub so the entire bathroom was left pretty wet after taking a shower. Thankfully they had used a good material, which allowed floor and walls to dry rather quickly and you just needed to strategically choose where to put your towel, clothes and toilet paper so it all didn't get a good soak. The water in the shower took ages to get warm so normally when the first person was done the second had warm water but the cold water wasn't that bad either. We also had a balcony which we never used as it was facing backwards against a wall and little backyard. Another downside was that rooms were only cleaned on certain days so if you're insisting on new toiletries and clean towels every day that might be a problem. However we could always ask for new towels and received it
