The property was nice, and the people helpful but we had some issue I would mention. Reception was not open as published, it was holiday time, but no modification was published. We made our reservation more that 6 months in advance but still ended up on the third floor, which had a poor/obstructed view of the water. Wouldn't pay for a view if you are below the 4th floor (not worth it). Our living room AC unit leaked the entire time and a bucket was the only solution, but the floor still got wet. A call to reception resulted in a "sorry, you just have to live with it" response. Unit was surface clean but when you look close you can see missed areas - vents, windows, cracks, corners. Looks like updates have been done and surface inspection is positive, but felt a bit dated at same time. Hot tub/spa was warm, not hot. We were expecting a 5 star experience and felt more like 3.
To be clear I would recommend this property if you can get above 4th floor and go in with an expectation that there will be issues, just would not rate a 5. I would give a 3 at best.
