Convenient, but service is unsatisfactory
The apartment is close to the beach, bank, and supermarket, so its location is very convenient. However the staff service is very poor. I was told a few days before my trip that the room I requested and paid for was no longer available. I was traveling with my mom, and the room they placed us in was too small for two guests. They gave me a partial refund, but in my opinion the amount of money returned to me was insufficient for the inconvenience of being placed in much smaller room. The staff is friendly but there were blatant problems with the room and they were unhelpful in fixing them. There is hot water which can be a problem on some islands but the sink faucet in the bathroom wasn't working and after we told them they did nothing to fix it. The apartments have kitchens but 2/4 of the stove burners didn't work, and there wasn't a sufficient number of pots and pans, so if you plan to cook look elsewhere. Lastly when I requested a twin bed instead of the sofa bed placed in the room, they brought it in from a different room and the sheets were dirty. Its too bad i have to write such a negative review because the staff members are nice, but I have to be honest and my mom and I were dissatisfied with the apartment.
