The Lofts was an excellent place to stay. Need better instructions on how to operate the lock mechanism to open doors. It’s a great keyless system (SO much better than lockboxes!) but was not intuitive from the written directions on door. The suite was clean, comfortable and roomy!

What a fantastic location in town.
We were looking for a pet-friendly location with a little more than the highway exit locations. We found the Lofts just a few miles off the highway in the old part of town, which was perfect. The property was perfect, very well-appointed, and had everything we needed, including cooking and laundry in our suite. There is plenty of food and beverage options, steps from the hotel.

Accidentally parked in wrong spot. Got towed hit with 220 dollar towing fine. Had to figure out how to get vehicle out of impound by the way cash only. Seems odd. Sounds like a racket to me. Very disappointed with entire situation. Came to move daughter in for college and this is how guests get treated! Disappointing!
