Roach Motel
Came here for an overnight stay. Checked in fine and everything went smooth until we arrived in our room. The room was clean however the roaches started to scatter like flies. I killed and pictured 3 of the 6 baby roaches we discovered in the room. I got dressed for my event and quickly gathered my belongings and went downstairs. Front desk promised me another room and for the inconvenience offered a late 8:00pm check out. The next day housekeeping entered our room numerous times and then the phone calls began.
A young lady from front desk called and every time I answered I got no answer. Upon the fourth call I was finally able to hear her. She informed me that my time in the room was up and asked if I planned to extend the room. I explained everything that happened the night before and mentioned that I was offered a late check out at 8:00pm. She said she didn’t know anything about that and that I’d be charged another night if I don’t leave. I said who would be charged and she replied “YOU”. Confused I told her I would be downstairs to discuss.
I gathered my belongings and went downstairs to check out. I explained my situation once again and again was told that there were no reports of this and it was time to check out. I asked what accommodation was made for my inconvenience and she said I could stay until 4:30pm, after I was already told to get out. They failed me as a customer and I won’t ever return
