Lovely hotel right next to Guggenheim in a quiet area. Staff were very friendly and polite, room spacious and very comfortable and hotel facilities good. Rooftop bar was beautiful with lovely views. We had an inner smart room which was a little dark but good value. There was occasional noise from the atrium but nothing which was a problem. Highly recommended

Very surprised a hotel of this caliber has this problem. She was bitten over two nights so there was no other explanation for the bites other than in the night while sleeping!!
