Horrible Front check-in service
Upon checking into the hotel, the attendant at the front desk was rude and provided us with incorrect information. He informed us that our debit card was not on file, so we had to leave the hotel to retrieve it. However, upon returning, a gentleman named Neville assured us that there was no need to present proof of our debit or credit card since it was already on file. All he required was our address and full names.
Additionally, before we went down for breakfast, we discovered that we had been checked out of our room before 11 a.m., and our key cards no longer worked. My husband had to speak with the same gentleman, and this issue occurred twice during our stay.
The overall experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Instead of enjoying time with our daughters, we had to deal with the hassle of check-in issues and malfunctioning key cards. Given this experience, we’re uncertain if we would choose to stay here again.
