Not what we have experience at previous HI express

The floor felt damp but was dirty. Someone’s flip flop was under one of the bed’s. The shower walls still had hair on them. There were several long hairs on the comforter. The recliner looked dirty. Breakfast was lacking and not what we had come to expect at a Holiday Inn Express.

The staff were very kind and helpful! I made reservations because of a delayed flight with children, they played in the pool for hours. The water and pool room temperature was perfect. The desk attendant went above and beyond by providing us with extra towels for showers. Also, the hot chocolate table was a big hit for the children. Thanks!
