I arrived by car. The parking option is terrible. Preferably, you arrive, you get your access key and use that to enter and exit. But that's not the case here. You have to access a terrible 3rd party website and deal with it online. You then need access to that website to lock and unlock the parking. The problem is that you often do not get internet connection in the parking, so you can't access that site, which means you get stuck. You think you opened that door, but because you have no connection, it's closed. In my case, I was stuck at the ramp in a very dangerous way and had to exit my car in that dangerous position to go to the lobby upstairs and get some security staff to get me out. What kind of silly system is this? Absolutely embarrassing that Hilton with this amount of experience is so bad at organizing a simple parking option! You can have a nice breakfast with fluffy eggs, but if you don't get the basics right, you deserve not more than 1 star.
