A good stay!

My stay was good, the room were clean, there is only few problems I have is the gap under the door is very wide and there is only one hook to hang towels in the bathroom, other than that, I would stay here again.

We were there for the blue ridge rock festival so we were sadly at the hotel much more during our stay than planned, as were the rest of the guests because the hotel was sold out. With a sold out hotel the staff were amazing. The hotel lost power for an hour or so one day but was restored when it was possible. Not a single complaint from room 118

No maid service one day, found blonde hair on pillow case which tells me the pc werent change from the previous guest. Couldnt access the internet with the instructions on the placque tried for 20 min. Tried to call the front desk but the room fone didnt work, they fixed it the next day. Im not that hard to please, but this place has issues!

Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was a bit firmer than we liked, but ok. A couple of suggestions: it would be great to have a bar or handle to hold onto when getting out of the shower as the side is tall; also, a lot of light comes ib through the window at night. Worst Overnight Stay Ever I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Our bathroom had dirty hand towels and only one bath towel. The bed sheets were disgusting and clearly had not been changed from the previous guests. This is completely unacceptable, especially for the price I paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay was fine. When I arrived they could not run my card so we spent about fourty minutes trying to check in. The card that was used was not my card so they could not run it. The room which was paid for in advance was NOT paid to the hotel so I wound up charging it on my card and HOPING I get a refund for the money that was taken out of my account!
