Wow, I was so happy and relieved to have such a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and safe in a beautiful hotel. Marcello and Asuhioh (apologies for misspelling her name) were fantastic in reception and helped me with an early check in, schedule a car, and directed me to local activities. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable (I am very picky and was very happy with the accommodations). Very comfortable bed and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly and hospitable. Food was delicious. Bartender was excellent as well (wish I would have taken note of his name). Highly recommend this hotel!

This is a lovely unique boutique hotel. Quiet room. Mine was a little dark and small but fine for a solo traveller. Bar and dinner service was great when you’ve had a long day of tours and didn’t want to go out again. The location is in a quiet part of city about a 10-15 minute flat walk to many key tourist areas. I would definitely stay again when back in Milan.

Really nice eating area for breakfast and other meals. Unique property with very chic design. It felt very upscale. Quiet and relaxed. Soaps smelled amazing. Bathroom was beautiful. They upgraded us to a balcony room and it was very nice. We walked from the Duomo to the property at night and felt relatively safe for a city. Felt just as safe as we would in any US city we know well. Cool buildings nearby and easy to get to things.
