El hotel es bien caro para las condiciones que brinda. la comida del bufet es pésima, siempre lo mismo todos los días y sin variedad alguna. la habitación con la puerta a la piscina rota, el baño se inunda y el agua sale para la habitación. The hotel was super.crowded which made tou have to wait in long lines for Everything. It was not enjoyable on vacation to have to wait one hour in line at the beach cafe. Or having to wait for ling peruods just to ask a question at the bar. It was literally a waist of time and money

There were more than 25 people in the Lobby and only 2 employees, the room was dirty, in the restaurant we lasted 45 minutes (waiting for the dishes to be cleaned) food and drinks of the lowest quality ever seen. The pool was dirty and the color was not very nice. To top it off when I decided to leave after two hours, a porter never showed up to help us since I called 20 minutes dialing 0 at the front desk and no one ever answered. I regret having selected this option.
