I highly recommend this hotel. It's very convenient, with a station about a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean and well-maintained. The only disappointment was that the air conditioning in the room was very cold, so I tried to turn it up but it didn't work. Other than that, it was very good. It's one of the hotels I'd like to stay at if I have the chance to visit to Taiwan again.

Clean hotel with a lounge on the second floor to get a (very) light breakfast, coffee and tea (24 hours) and can eat take out food. Conveniently near a metro station and restaurants nearby. All of the employees were vey helpful, especially Annie at the front desk who always had helpful hints for us. Thanks so much!

3 star hotel with a 5 star service. Better service than the 5 star hotel I stayed in Tainan. The staff were extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is hard to get a high rating from me as the standard I set is very high. So believe me this hotel is worth your stay

Excellent Feeling: Overall a wonderful stay. Small Room: Family room was quite small, especially with 6 luggages. Nice Design: Clever use of space. Cozy Lighting: Created a great atmosphere. Warm Service: Staff were friendly and helpful. Free Drinks & Simple Breakfast: Appreciated the extra touches. Love the Lounge (2/F): Great space to relax and gathering. Useful Laundry: Self-service laundry was very convenient. Super Convenient Location: Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Clean Area: Felt safe and tidy. A Bit Expensive: But worth the price. Booked 1 night to join the countdown party at Taipei 101. Hotel check in and check out was smooth, room was in good condition, nothing to complain about. Snacks and coffee/tea at the lounge is a bonus as it was late afternoon when we checked in and we hadn't have our lunch. On the same night hotel also prepared snacks, hot food, cup noodles, drinks as a small gesture for NY countdown. Walking distance to Brown line and bus stop from hotel, we even walked back from Taipei 101 after countdown as MRT was crowded, yes it is walkable, about 55 mins.

This is really a nice hotel. The rooms, while not huge, are well laid out and quite comfortable. The entire second floor of the hotel it's open space for hotel guests, including very comfortable chairs and sofas, free laundry, and tables, microwaves, plates and utensils, etc. for eating. It’s hard to overstate how handy this is. The hotel is quite new. I was there when the big earthquake struck Hualien, and because the hotel is new and built to modern standards, it handled the quake easily, with no issues. Again, hard to overstate how good that was. The neighborhood is very walkable has tons of restaurants and groceries. And, as others have mentioned, a really convenient transit station.

Great service from housekeeping to front desk. I have two issues. One is the bed is not that comfortable. Felt the springs from the mattress. Second, even though the room descriptions had the same square footage, many of the rooms on one side of the building have a small balcony. The rooms on the other side of the building have no balcony. So the rooms with balcony have noticably smaller usable space.
