O hotel eh antigo mas bem cuidado. Os atendentes são muito solícitos e tratam muito bem os hóspedes. Nossa viagem foi em família, quando chegamos um dos quartos não tinha ar-condicionado e solicitamos a troca, o que nos foi rapidamente atendido. O café da manhã é simples, mas condiz com o preço que pagamos. Ele é muito bem localizado. Fica literalmente em frente ao shopping Costanera. Em 5 minutos a pé estavamos lá. Só a cama que achei muito mole, e com umas molas que fazem barulho ao se mexer. Pelo preço, cumpriu com nossas expectativas.

La estancia hubiera estado bien si no fuera porque me cobraron un servicio de lavanderia por manchas de sangre , sin avisarme y haciendo un recargo de pesos chilenos a dolares sin que me explicaran el por qué, tampoco me dejo pagar con tarjeta de debito. Además la habitacion no tiene 50 metros cuadrados y el mobiliario esta bastante viejo.

A melhor relação custo x benefício! Todas as pessoas que trabalham no hotel são muito atenciosas. Hotel limpo, bem localizado (a 350m do Costanera Center), perto de excelentes restaurantes, da estação de metrô. Tem um bar/restaurante de tamanho médio, mas com ótimas comidas e excelente ambiente. Café da manhã com boa variedade e alimentos frescos. Estilo Hotel Boutique. Fomos muito bem tratados, desde a camareira Valentina, o pessoal da recepção (Carolina, Vicente e demais atendentes), do bar/restaurante (Matias e demais atendentes) e o Christian, um gentilíssimo a atencioso funcionário do café da manhã. Ficamos tristes porque o Christian foi desligado ou pediu para sair, mas é uma política do hotel e não temos como avaliar ou julgar. NOTA 10!

Excelente!
Excelente em tudo! A localização é excepcional: fica atrás do Costanera Center, um shopping center enoooorme com várias lojas com ofertas de outlet das mais variadas marcas. Ótimo pra ir às compras. Tem vários restaurantes perto, parques e o funicular do Cerro San Cristóbal é atrás, dá pra ir a pé. O hotel tem duas entradas, que facilita muito a locomoção. Vi várias reclamações sobre a água fria do chuveiro mas tive uma excelente experiência: água super quentinha. Com relação a limpeza, tudo é impecável! O café da manhã é muito bom, tem opções variadas, frutas da estação... Além disso, no dia que tivemos passeio bem cedo, fizeram um lanchinho para que pegássemos na recepção, às 5 da manhã. Uma fofura. O atendimento é o ponto que mais merece elogios: TODOS os colaboradores são extremamente gentis e preocupados com o nosso conforto. Merecem um parabéns especial.

Muy buen hotel. Sin embargo nuestra habitación estaba en el sótano junto a la cocina y sala de servicios Lo cual hizo la diferencia. Pues sentimos demasiado ruido en la habitación Adicionalmente quedaba justo debajo de la entrada principal del hotel. El sonido de las ruedas de las maletas fue muy fuerte. Lo mejor fue su desayuno.
