"Casa Lucia is tucked away on a lovely, quiet street, offering an atmosphere of refined calm. The hotel has an old-fashioned sense of luxury and service — the kind of five-star experience you’d find 20 years ago, in the best possible way. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the gym was excellent — far better than what you usually find in a boutique hotel.
The only downside was the oddly shaped, very small shower, which didn’t match the otherwise spacious comfort of the room. Still, Casa Lucia is a wonderful place to stay for anyone who appreciates classic elegance and genuine hospitality."
"Really helpful, friendly and polite staff. Juan on the front desk was a great help.
Hotel was in a great location, very safe, plenty of amenities and transport links."
