Do not bookâŠhotel has roaches and rude CS
We had a Terrible experience. What we have gone through is unbelievable. The hotel room had several roaches crawling on the floor, walls, lamp stand and in the bed. When we reached out to the front desk to see what options we had we treated rudely and immediately told to leave and that we needed to reach out to hotels.com for our refund. We reached out to Hotels.com, explained what happened and when the rep called the hotel they were told âthey are busy, they would have to call back laterâ the hotel.com rep said that they would call back and have our refund with 72 hours. Which was extremely inconvenient but we waited. Today I get an email that we can not be refunded because no one at the hotel has any information on what happened and that I needed to reach back out to the hotel to get a name. I call the hotel explain the story and ask for the individuals names that were there that day. The phone rep hung up on me. Do not book this hotel. I literally apologized to the hotel staff about being a bother to even mention the roaches because I didnât want to make it a big deal only to be treated like I should have never even brought it to their attention. It seems as though this happens quite a bit and is swept under the rug. But I will be escalating further and I just want to warn anyone else.
