On a tight budget.. nothing fancy
When you are looking for a place to sleep and shower get renewed and ready to work this place does the trick. Our room was comfortable and clean. No staiins, no bugs. Shower was good

Stay of your car if you can
Would not recommend even to the less fortunate. They only give your deposit back when they do a walk through with you. Also if you extended your stay they charge an additional $20 for technically early check in even thought you didn’t leave the room or they came to tidy up. WiFi sucks and they only offer Pluto tv which is a free app on tv. A $49 stay turned into a $120 stay for one night. Also check out by 11am with keys returned to office or you won’t receive your deposit back.

I was scared to stay here from the second i pulled into the parking lot. There were homless people and drug addicts EVERYWHERE. That was the most depressing stay at a hotel i have ever experienced. Its not worth saving the few extra dollars.

The room had a hard smoke odor that I couldn’t get out of the room no matter how hard I tried. None of the outlets worked in the room and when my phone died no one could assist me. I don’t believe I will be returning after this

There were many homeless individuals roaming the hotel making it unsafe to leave at night. You could hear everything going on outside from the room. There was a homeless guy arguing and yelling multiple times during our two night stay. When we first got there to check in, we had to wait 10 minutes in the car because a homeless man was waiting for us to get out of the car. The toilet hardly flushed. It kept making noise all night. The microwave was broken and you couldn’t open in without a pen.

Online reservation was not received by the hotel.
I booked online and I lost day-1 because of a delay on my flight, which is fine. But I arrived on day-2 and yet the hotel could not find my reservation on the their computer, which is not believable. I spent about 2 hrs in the cold to phone their customer service and asked for a refund. In my refund they cut off all admin charges, which I felt to be day-light rubbery.
