HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I have sent multiple messages, emails, and pictures to hotels.com. The first picture shows the owner saying to refund my money yet you refuse to. We were shown 3 different rooms and none had been cleaned. First room had exposed wires hanging from light fixture over shower as well as stained sheets and dirty floors. Second room had bugs and dirty sheets. Third room had someoneâs hat laying around, had mold and grass in the bathtub as well as dirty floors and sink area. There was a homeless man arguing with a woman who had a baby in a shopping cart in the parking lot. Their excuse was cleaning lady hadnât come yet and it was 9:30pm. Hotel was unlit and lobby was absolutely disgusting with stained chairs as well as overall filthy floors and walls. We were also told tvs might not be working. We drove 10 hours that day to find our hotel the worst hotel Iâve ever experienced. The owner said he would refund our money but we had to talk to you. Nobody answers their phone when you try to contact them. I absolutely want a full refund and you should probably take that hotel off your website to make sure this doesnât happen again to customers. We never stayed at the hotel because it was so disgusting and dangerous
