Right next to the beach with full view of the water and boardwalk. Lively area full of life both tourists and locals. Almost nightly activities within the water front of talent shows, basketball games, and street food vendors. I was originally placed in room #2 but the refrigerator sprang a leak, and was moved to room #4 one floor up for an extra 50 pesos. Which was well worth the price hike considering the room was bigger and had better view. Two king size beds were very firm but were comfortable. AC and fridge was more than adequate. Bedroom, bathroom, and large patio was kept nicely clean. Maid service was excellent. Lobby managers specifically Felix and Edson had good customer service skills and very welcoming. My only issue was the considerable noise coming from the penthouse floor which is currently under construction from approximately 10am to sunset daily. To me the construction noise was no bother since Im gone most of the day anyway exploring the beaches of Zihuatanejo at La Madera, Playa Ropa and Los Gatas.
Because of the staff, location, cleanliness and price this hotel deserves high marks. I would stay here again.
