This was hands down the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. My room was disgusting. My shower didn't work. They over booked the hotel so they were not able to give me another room. On top of this they couldn't get any of the key cards in the hotel to work. I feel like can't trust hotels.com moving forward after this

Our stay started with waiting the desk for almost ten minutes for someone to register us. They were folding laundry. Our room was in need of many repairs and cleaning as the photos show. The curtains wouldn’t stay shut. Air conditioning wasn’t cooling well. The beds were comfortable, but the tv was in the other room where only one chair was provided for viewing. We had to move the dresser and spin the tv around to watch it from the bedroom. The breakfast was terrible. Only watered down coffee, tea bags and hot chocolate packs. Only three packaged muffins were laid out for food.

Please help- this stay was awful!

Seriously this stay was awful- and I don’t really know what I need to do to get this made right. At check in, I stood there waiting for 15 minutes because the system wasn’t working. The room was seriously atrocious. Missing cupboard doors, trim falling off, nail polish painted on multiple doors, dirty sheets. Such low water pressure nothing would come out of the shower. Just drops out of the tub faucet. And seriously the bathroom was disgusting. The staff told us they didn’t have replacement sheets, and no rooms around to move us to, and that nothing could be done about the shower. They told us management was there so they couldn’t do anything for us at all- including anything financial. The coffee was out at breakfast, and the list the breakfast included was not accurate. Just muffins and an empty coffee canister. This was rough. I stayed in a hotel room as a family of five with three tired kids- and none of us could shower or bath after a busy travel day. Who do I need to talk to make this right?

Won't be staying here again

I booked my stay back in April was told that they overbooked so they didn't have anything available, finally they had a cancelation so I got that room I was supposed to have a deluxe king suite the one I was given was a standard double room. The manager told me they'd have my room I originally booked in a fews days and I could just check back to see if it was available instead of him offering to contact me when it was. Got to the standard room and it was horrible, smelled like an ashtray, the stove looked like a fire hazard, the bathtub was atrocious and there was unidentifiable red stains on the floor. Immediately went and canceled our stay and left.

Not the best place but I am here for work. Took 2 weeks for them to fix my bathtub drain, my tub paint is falling apart. My kitchen refrigerator wasnt working right and my TV wasnt working right either.

Very poor condition, both hotel and the room itself. Dirty communal areas. People living there with their kids in small rooms with poor conditions and over congested. The room was big with stove, microwave and fridge so fulfilled all the basic requirements but all the things required a thorough cleaning. The bed was swinging over its stand, the toilet shower head needs fixation. One can assume the condition of the room from the attached couch pictures.

2nd chance, big mistake

Well I figured I'd give it another try because it was a decent price but I regretted it as soon as we got to our door. The door stuck so u had to put your shoulder into it hard. We walk in, and the first thing I noticed was the couch, there's was holes, rips, tears, stains, broken pieces of wood on the floor from someone trying to close the bed in the couch which was kinda stuck so the couch was lopsided. Anywho, the floors were dirty, there were spiders. Also there's a sign saying they have kitchenware, because there was a kitchen, that you could ask for. The front desk lady was rude and the only thing she had was a dirty tiny pan. There wasn't even any coffee in the dining area.i also had to walk past a bunch of people smoking weed outside our door with my 8 year old son.

Hotel from HELL

When I came to the hotel I was 15 minutes prior to check in. The lady and the front desk called a skinny cleaning lady to the front and asked her where I can stay. The cleaning lady told her a room and I was given my keys. I go all the way to the room. It smelled my cigarettes down all the halls. I get to the room and there was an ash tray with with cig buts all over the table. My kids were scared to go inside so I stormed down stairs. They offered no apology just had the manager give me a key to another room. I get to the room and it stinks. Smells like there’s mold. Roaches on the floor. My kids didn’t want to stay in our room at all. The next day we wanted to leave early to check out. We stomped on roaches on the way out the door. Let me tell you, for this to be a hotel that requires a $100 deposit, they rooms, breakfast, and WiFi are not worth the $100. I have stayed in much nicer places with a $30 deposit. This hotel needs to be CONDEMNED. Why are they serving food in a building they KNOW has roaches. I will never stay here again.

Horrible place

Horrible conditions. Broken caninet, chairs all.scratchws up. No decent place to sit. Smelled horrible. Bed linens dirty. Tv and stopverop did not work. Had booked hotel for 2 days but checked out adter 1 night stay. Also, had a staff member open our door at 2:30 at night. Its was very scary. No apologies whatsoever and no understanding/help from front desk. BeWARE of the stay here. AVOID

Worst experience ever! 1- smelled like seafood in a bad way. 2-police actively arresting people at the front door 3- 1st room was overall broke(couch, tv, Etc) 4- second room had worst water pressure 5- the entire hotel had horrible smells and beaten up furniture 6- breakfast?? Barely had coffee. They had oatmeal and granola bars

that’s it. 7- Clientele was extra sketchy. I can’t confirm but I’m fairly sure there were multiple prostitutes. Staff was ok but the overall experience was the worst I have ever had. The hotel was outdated and not maintained in anyway shape or form. The good thing about the place was the Air Conditioners.

What a joke!!

I made a reservation for a King bed suite. I sent hotel a message that i would not check in till 10 p.m. when i arrived i went to the counter and had to say "hello" for someone to help me. Hesus came out and he told me my room that i reserved was not available. I asked why? He said the cleaning people didnt clean it. I had reserved the room 2 days prior to my arrival. When i kept questioning him he became upset and angry and at one piint refused to check me in. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. He offered to give me corporates phone number. He said he had a room with two beds and wanted me to look at it. I said i didnt need to look at it. He became more angry. Finally he checked me in. He couldnt get the key card machine to work. He mist of tried 50 times or more. He took me to the room and unlocked the door. I still didnt have a room key. This individual has no business in the position he is in. I would like for a company representative to get in touch with me.

It Didn't Stink!

No coffee in the room no coffee in the lobby until breakfast smoke alarm was beeping so instead of putting a new battery they remove the smoke detector completely left me unprotected all night the air conditioner didn't work properly no ice anywhere on the property no vending machines anywhere on the property The only good thing I can say about this place was it didn't stink!

Was happy for a cheap hotel, until the $100 damage deposit was more than the room charge itself. No heads up on that until we were ready to check in. Front desk was apologetic for lack of communication and was very friendly. Rooms need a definite upgrade. Horrible cigarette smoke smell throughout the entire hotel. Beds had extremely thin blankets and flat pillows. But I guess I shouldn’t have expected much for a $80 room, that turned into a $180 room with the refundable deposit. Still waiting for the refund to come as we stayed less than 12 hours in our room just to sleep and get out.
