Horrible. Booked for a family of 6. Family Reunion Weekend. Only was provided 3 towels and washcloths. Had to go to front desk to request more and was told the resort only had two more towels. Went back the morning of check out and was told they had no towels or washclothes. Wonder how you are checking people in and unable to provide your current guests with essentials. Told us to come back later, however check out was at 11 am. Asked a floor housekeeper, with the items on her cart for clean towels etc and she said we had to get it from the front desk. #2. Called front desk from my cell phone (room phone on table but unplugged). Went down because no one was answering front desk. Advised them or stain in bathtub. Male desk clerk said someone would be up. No one came. Called several more times until he picked up at the front desk and said no one would be up because they are aware of the stain left by a previous person. I took photos. #3. While laying on the bed, that they said was a cleaned room, and saw someones sock behind the mattress. How did you change the line and didn't see the sock. Pools dirty. Hot tubs closed. Only one inner tube for the lazy river (for all the guests). Stated kids busted the other inner tubes. Checked out and female attendant never looked up to greet me. Kept head down the whole time. Asked me my room number and said I'm all checked out. And the person next door had a barking DOG. NEVER AGAIN.
