The hotel shines through its common facilities that overlook a park. Good and fresh breakfast from 7 to 11. Good restaurant although a bit pricey(we tried meatballs, pasta and burger with truffle mayo for the fries). The restaurant is beautiful.
There is a rooftop (but it is tiny) where cocktails from the menu are only served to the clients of the spa. The pool is not accessible unless you pay the extra charge for the spa (which was really disappointing because we were not aware of this when we booked). So, you do not see the pool from the rooftop.
There is a playroom for young children and a ping pong table that you can use while you wait for your room to be ready. Our 7 year old kids appreciated it for a short while, put the costumes on but got bored quickly. We did appreciate having it while waiting for our room.
The family room on the 3rd floor felt small and dark, did not have a view, and I don’t remember closets for clothes. There were very little amenities in the room ( a desk, Rituals cosmetics). Unfortunately we noticed that the bathroom had a bad smell after a few hours.
The room was Ok and comfortable for a one night stay. It felt very pricey though.
We could leave our luggage in the storage room while waiting for our room.
