The hotel staff were not very proficient in English, which made communication somewhat challenging. The check-in time was excessively late at 4:00 PM, while the check-out time was too early at 10:00 AM. The breakfast hours were rather limited, from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM, and guests were asked to leave the café immediately after 9:00 AM. Additionally, there were insufficient pillows in the room, and when I requested more, the staff instructed me to collect them from the reception myself.

체크인 당시 불결한 청소 상태

체크인 후 객실에 들어가자 마자 청소 상태가 형편없는 상태임.침대 시트와 수건은 널부러져 있으며, 변기에 대변 흔적이 그대로 남아 있었음. 카운터에 불만접수를 하였지만 오히려 다른 방 교환해주는 것으로 만족해라는 듯 전혀 성의있는 사과가 없음. 이런 호텔직원들이 이 정도로 응대 할정도로 교육이 안 되어 있음. 청소도 제대로 안 되어 있어 불결하게 느껴짐. 차라리 부산 역 토요코인이나 아니면 다른 호텔이 청소상태가 좋으니 추천함.

Tyypillinen Toyoko Inn

Hyvin samanlainen kuin saman ketjun hotellit Japanissa. Pieni huone ja kylppäri muovinen moduuli (kuin ruotsinlaivalla), mutta kaikki toimi kuin rasvattu ja huone oli siisti. Aamupala oli paikalliseen makuun, mutta löytyi sieltä länsimaisellekin vähän syötävää. Jos huoneeseen haluaa siivouksen, tehdään sitä 10 - 15, minä aikana huoneeseen ei saa mennä. Jos siivousta ei halua, saa joka päivä uudet pyyhkeet muovipussissa ovenkahvaan ripustettuna. Busanin rautatieasemalle oli n. 10 min kävelymatka.
