The accommodation is extremely well located, you get a private room and access to a kitchen, as well as breakfast included for a good price in London! Value for money.
It is close to Goodge St and Warren St tube stations and bus stops, about 10 mins walking distance to Oxford St. and close to several supermarkets and lots of little eateries.
In terms of cleanliness, the room is tidy, not spotless, and is not cleaned during your stay. They do change the towels every two days, and the bedding after > 1 week. Rooms on the road side are a bit noisy, but it is managable.
The rooms have a sink, wc and showers are shared with three toilets and three showers per 15 rooms. They are fine, I never had to wait for either. The kitchen has 2 fridges, kettles, a microwave and a hob.
The beds have a spring base, and this combined with a spring mattress, which makes it very springy. The single room also has a chair, desk and a wardrobe with three hangers.
The breakfast was well stocked with continental and english breakfast options, including gluten free bread, though the line was quite long on the weekends. Drinking water (tapwater) is available in the restaurant and in the central kitchens on each floor.
