The room itself is nice, seems new. I was disappointed with the balcony. When I booked the place I was imagining a cool view like I sometimes get at Bangkok hotels, but it was 4th floor pointed at a courtyard of other businesses, really lame. I don't know that any balconies had good views as building maybe 8 stories. Otherwise staff greeting was pleasant, and later they were helpful when I asked them to help me call Dtac Customer Service because a topup had an error. However, on the evening of my second day, having only one morning left, I questioned if I didn't have breakfast included, and how I could get that. They said my reservation did not include it. I checked my reservation, and on my end it definitely said breakfast for 2, and I remembered at checkout taking that into consideration with the price, etc.Then they said well normally it would come from cafe next door but Sunday morning that cafe would be closed anyway. I asked what happens in that instance, they said they cook something for the guests with breakfast inclusion. I said great, I would like that. They said well then you have to contact Hotels.com to prove it. I did, hotels.com apparently spoke with hotel and hotel still denied I had breakfast package. Hotels.com and hotel both left me hanging with no resolution, both denying culpability and I lost. Pretty bogus. So much for my Gold member status.
