I had pre-registered (last night's hotel too) and I came in to pick up the Keys to the room and “Ruby” asked for my ID. I said it was already uploaded. She then asked again saidit is their policy. I said look at my pre-registration and she said it doesn't look like me. That's funny, just went to Alaska and TSA didn't question it.
She then gave me my keys (after a long wait) and had to walk down the hall, the keys didn't work she didn't key them on purpose. I went back to the desk and rang the bell again, she keyed my keys and went back to the room and opened the door and there were dead bugs on the floor. Roaches! I went back, rang the bell and she came out laughingand told her and she said they weren't roaches, they looked like water bugs to me (roaches) I asked for a different room and with only 3 cars in the parking lot, she gave me third floor all the way to the end of the hallway. Went to my room and there was no bath mat, the toilet paper was not set as ready, and felt like this room was not cleaned. I am beyond disgusted with behavior. She needs to be fired! This morning at 3 am, couldn't sleep because I'd the bugs, there were about 10 card. Take care of your customers. I gave an excellent review to the hotel in Las Cruces! I never eat breakfast because I leave too early, but they have coffee ready. This hotel in Luling had old coffee. BTW I also advised Ruby that there was a bloody bandaid in from of the desk, she said zilch.
