We booked a room for a party of 5 - and also had to pay extra charge for the 5th person. But the room only provided sleeping for 4 - sofa had no bedware on. Since we checked in late, nobody at the reception - no way to fix this.
On the next day - checking out - they were not willing to compensate and reduce the rate by the 5th person charge.
Overall highly overpriced for what you get; also considering high price levels in TC
