We had a wonderful stay! Youseff was an excellent host — very courteous, professional, and efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped us get oriented in the area with great restaurant recommendations and local tips. The service was outstanding, and we really appreciated his friendliness and attention to detail. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

This space was perfect for me. I had been in Agadir previously at a hotel which was very impersonal, but the the villa, though a little out of the way, was gorgeous and comfortable. Abdul was very kind and took great care of me. I would love to come here and stay for a week and spend time with other travelers as well. Highly recommend!

A true gem at a budget price. We had an enormous family room (two queen sized beds). The most wonderful mosaics and the most quirky bath/shower I have ever seen. The owner/manager was lovely and showed true Moroccan hospitality. Communication great prior to arrival too! Lovely seating areas both downstairs and upstairs. Near a main road for a taxi or 25 min walk to the Medina. Is close to the airport as well. Fully recommend for a budget option in a traditional Marrakesh villa.

Very dark inside, curtains and blinds all drawn all day long and left to wait far longer than is acceptable to be let in each time we returned. Very disappointed with our stay, shame as pool area is pleasant and location close to airport is reasonable.

If you like room keys that look like credit cards, this is not the place for you. But if you like sleeping in a four-poster bed straight out of Arabian Nights, you’d love Gramtahouse as much as I did. Kitchen wasn't too clean, but the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Abdul was more like a kindly grandfather watching over the guests instead of a property manager.

Wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gramtahouse. Abdul, the Villa manager was exceptional. Accommodating and kind, always available on hand. Our room was huge and had a great view of the garden area with a private balcony. The beds were comfortable and we felt extremely safe on the grounds. The pool and garden area was beautiful and enough shade to keep cool even in 37 degree heat.

This is an amazing property. I traveled in Morocco for three weeks and had some rather challenging stays at Hotels and AirBnB's. This was my last night and I needed a place close to the airport. When I arrived it was spectacular and made me want to stay for longer. The gardens are incredible, the view form the deck is awesome, and the location is perfect! Highly recommended! Oh, also, the man who met me at the entrance was an excellent host and speaks great English. Super wonderful guy!

Great experience. The design of the building exhibits the history in its fantastic setting and little details about the tradition. The manager Abdul a great personality, very trustworthy, and very concerned about your comfort. Always willing to help. The garden man is a blessing. Great pool, and there is a great nice person that makes sure of it’s cleanliness. The property is a feel like home style. Make sure to call before you check in to be directed properly.

Abdul is fantastic. The room was TERRIBLE!

The rating is not reflective of the service we received from Abdul, he was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The problem lies with the room alone. The bed was honestly the most uncomfortable thing I've ever lied in, I know other countries have preference to former mattresses, but we'd of been better off lying on the floor. Then there's the issue of the air conditioning. This was clearly just broken, it was blowing hot air all night on the cool setting and I've never been more uncomfortable during a night sleep in all my life, having to get up and take a cold shower throughout the night as it was dangerously hot in the room. Just awful experience but I'm sure this may have been resolved had we stayed longer and had the opportunity to raise this with Abdul. We were only there for one night so never got this opportunity.

Norman and Youssef were amazing to have around the house, they helped us with everything! From walking us to breakfast spots, booking us taxis, to a game of pool before dinner. They were absolutely amazing company. I would purely go back just to see them again

The owner and manager are very friendly, but cannot hide the state of dereliction of this house which has clearly seen better days a long time ago. Worst is that bedsheets are not changed systematically between customers, and that the house is open to stray cats who use the premises as their bathroom (without flushing). In addition, the house's garden and pool are bordering a busy and polluted road, and the bathrooms are cleaned (?) in a very dubious way. We were glad we only had to stay one night!
