Great service from the staff at Altstadt. They had our room ready when we arrived early from Australia and they also loaned us a Swiss plug adapter to use with our Europe one. The rooms are a touch small but the location is very quiet and the number 4 tram will take you straight to the main station.

I had a great stay at the hotel, the lady in charge of my check-in was incredible and helpful. Even though the room was not ready yet, she kept my luggage and then moved it to my room.
