The overall experience was excellent. The hotel is extraordinary, stylish and impressive. All staff is very attentive and I especially want to mention Daniel. He greeted and welcomed us upon our arrival and greeted us every time we met until our departure. Definitely fit for the job.
The XS-room was decorated very well, unique features and contemporary styled. The downside of the room: there is too little space to put your stuff or clothing. Also, especially in the weekend there is loud music on the rooftop restaurant and in the restaurants downstairs. We were tired from all our activities, so we didn't have any problems getting to sleep.
The only issue we experienced was 'unexpected' pool maintenance. We only discovered it arriving on the rooftop carrying our swimming gear.
Firstly, the reception told us they were executing the weekly maintenance. After some checking it became clear the pool wouldn't be opened again before we would leave. Major downside. We got offered to visit a pool in a hotel nearby. Proper solution, but still needs some effort and planning, compared to taking the elevator upstairs.
The hotel is situated perfectly. Just outside the loudness of Provenza, but close enough, only 2 blocks! Also the metro is a 20 minute walk, passing nice stores.
Lastly, the breakfast is very well. The buffet options could be better, but the offer of fresh fruits and a-la-carte options are great. Also goes for the coffee!
