Hotel Castle is a decent place to stay. It’s in an old neighborhood, surroundings look a bit shabby but we never felt uncomfortable. Very quiet at night. Besides, it’s very close to the local bus terminal (big bus stop opposite the market) and the Intercity Bus Terminal too. A big plus if you want to do some sightseeing. The room we had was big and even had a kitchenette and an indoor balcony. Excellent silent aircon. Room and bathroom are spotlessly clean. Plenty of toiletries. Daily room service if you leave your key in the morning. Only thing we disliked is sleeping on top of some sort of a mattress protector instead of on normal sheets. But we’ve seen that more often in South Korea. The young friendly receptionist speaks some English.
