WORST HOTEL EVER
The room smelled from the moment I got in it was cold in the room and the heater did not work sufficiently enough to keep the room warm there was drafts coming through the window the carpet was filthy there was no hot water whatsoever the pillows were lumpy and insufficient there was no working telephone in the room the refrigerator and microwave both were filthy any refrigerated did not work well enough to keep food cold only cool the toilet seat was broken and moved about underneath you there was no remote control for the TV which was left on a sports channel when I complain to the front desk I was told that's these complaints would be addressed the following day when maintenance came in or I'd be allowed to move to another room nothing was corrected and I was not allowed to move to another room and forced to stay where I was in room 154 when I complained to the desk the second day I was there I was told that I would be considered for a complete refund but I would have to speak to the manager who was not available at the moment I checked out the next day and the manager was still not available to discuss the refund as indicated later this evening I gave a call to the hotel want me to find out that I was not only not getting a refund but I also was not going to be receiving my $100 deposit because the room smelled and had to be cleaned they're blaming me for the smell of the room saying that I had animals in there and I don't even own an animal the room cost me $168 + $100 d
