Our recent stay was, to put it mildly, an exercise in patience and low expectations. From the moment we arrived, the front desk experience set a concerning tone. The initial desk agent was dismissive and uninterested, barely acknowledging our presence. This lack of engagement continued with the subsequent employee; neither seemed inclined to assist the considerably long line of waiting guests.
Our first attempt to address an issue – a scorching hot refrigerator, a concern we tried to report via phone within their stipulated 15-minute window with no success – required another trek back to the desk. When the new shift finally took over, the replacement agent, while addressing us, unfortunately chose to badmouth her predecessor, which was entirely unprofessional and unhelpful.
The "service" continued at a glacial pace, a recurring theme throughout our stay. As for breakfast, it was largely non-existent, offering little more than hot water and a few granola bars. Upon finally receiving a replacement for our faulty fridge, we discovered the towels provided were notably stained. Our neighbors, whom we met due to shared frustrations, were dealing with a non-functional toilet. To top it all off, the bottom of our room door was broken, preventing it from closing properly.
Frankly, we're relieved we spent so little time in the room. The overall experience was truly abysmal.
